What We Do

We help you unlock the power of creative thinking using our unique, research-backed framework, The Questioning Strengths Method (QSM). The QSM draws on theoretical and practical expertise in the art and science of questioning. We use tested tools and techniques to help you approach tasks and challenges with a creativity boost.

At the heart of the QSM are the nine questioning strengths. These represent nine different approaches to questioning, based on a validated self-assessment tool: the Questioning Strengths Assessment (QSA). Using this unique research-based approach, we train participants to understand and use their questioning strengths, with powerful results.
